This is a new character I've made called Joffrey ^^ I've actually been planning to draw this character for a long while and you might have sorta seen him in some old pics I have. The ones with a gray cat in them.
He enjoys a good cup of tea ^^
He likes rpg games.
He prefers being barefoot (I know I gave him sandals in this picture but whatever XD)
He also likes the ropes~
He would like to use rope on other people but he kinda sucks at tying so nevermind XD
His favorite movie is The Hobbit (both the Peter Jackson version and the Rankin Bass version).
I don't know what more to add right now, but if you have questions about him you can leave them in the comments and I could add it here ^^

Yup, but the urban dictionary explanation was a little less friendly than I intended. I thought it just meant small attractive effeminate man.
Apparently it means: "An attractive, boyish-looking, young gay man. The stereotypical twink is 18-22, slender with little or no body hair, often blonde, dresses in club wear even at 10:00 AM, and is not particularly intelligent. A twink is the gay answer to the blonde bimbo cheerleader."
So by the official definition, I don't think he's a twink. I just think he's a small attractive effeminate dude.
