My character for PCA an infernape called Ferny

I will write his background story later

as far as I know in basics, he is a poor country pokemon that by luck and working hard was able to get into the Academy, his ideas and goals is to become really strong, to get his edamication so he can help his poor family~

He is a bit of a goof ball and entertains himself with the littlest of things. Best thing he likes to do is put a smile on people's faces *grabs razor* LOl, JK... about the razor part~
