The mistake a lot of people do is thinking they are alone, they really are not, there are others that can feel your pain too, whatever is bothering you, it'll work out in the end, you'll see =)

One of the hardest things in life is when friends are having difficult times and just knowing that you don't have the emotional stamina left to help. But I think it's important to remember to take time for yourself, to recover and pull yourself together, regardless of what is going on with your friends. Most people will understand; if they don't, then I'd worry about the quality of their friendship.
