I'm so confused.
I'm so tired.
I'm so lost.

I've been trying so hard. I've really been doing my best. For years, I've walked on because other people depend on me. I try so hard to put on a brave face, to say that I'm stronger now and that things don't hurt as much.
I want to tell you I've learned from my mistakes, I want to say that I know how to make things better, that I can do this on my own now. I don't want a crutch. I want to be able to be just like you, like everyone else around me.
I want to say "yes i can" and believe it.
I want to walk on my own.

But I can't.
