Wow I took waaaaaay longer on this than I should have. I know what's new right? XD I had this sitting around in sketch form and been barely working on it and tonight I finally got it finished. Woot!

It was a warm spring evening in the Calster residence. All was quite and the only light in the living room shown from the TV. It was friday night and the boys could stay up late as there was no school in the morning. Nolan and Austin were quite like other boys their age though being Chipmunks there were differences. They were a good deal smaller than others their age which tended to annoy Nolan quite a bit. He was on his way to being a teenager yet most humans just saw him and thought he was a little kid. Austin had the same problem too and while it bugged him too he seemed to like it most of the time. Of course he'd learned to though. Being 8 and still needing diapers meant he looked even more like a toddler than he would have otherwise.

"Come on Nolan! I got us set up!" Austin cheered when he saw his brother approach. "Your player one! Hehe. I know we can beat the dragon this time!"

"Thanks Austin." Nolan smiled and accepted the controller from his lil brother and sat down. Austin peered over at his big brow though missing a sound he thought he should have heard.

"For get your pull-up?" Austin asked. Not to be mean but just to remind his brother.

"I'll put it on when we go to bed." Nolan said with a blush as he stared down at his night shirt and briefs...which had obviously been meant for a lil kid based on the teddy bears.

"Ok but you better not need a potty break in the middle of the dragon fight." Austin aid giggling at his big bro's blush.

"I just went. that's what took me a lil longer." Nolan retorted before changing the subject. "So how'd that history test go?"

"I think I did good. I knew most of the answers. Stuff about how long ago humans first met Chipmunks, the year the Colonial war started and ended and stuff like that." Austin rattled off as they each selected their character.

"Good. You remembered the Munk state capitol too right?" Nolan asked just making sure.

"Tendlewood." Austin chimed immediately and earned a smile.

"Great! Now then you ready to kick some dragon tail?" Nolan grinned.

"You bet! Lets get em!" Austin cheered excitedly.

"We'll get him this time. Unless someone bakes a brownie in the middle of the fight." Nolan teased and gave Austin's padded rump a pat.

"Hehe Hey! Won't happen this time...I already made one before daddy changed me." Austin giggled and blushed just a bit before they started their game.

Steve smiled watching from the doorway. Watching their antics never ceased to get a smile from him. They reminded him of himself and his own brother. Well if he'd been a chipmunk like his wife had been. They may not have been his by blood but they were his boys and he loved them. He watched for just a bit longer listening to them chatter as they faced off against the virtual dragon before retiring to his room to watch some TV himself. Movie night for him and just another game night for the boys.
