Adopted this cutie from  DarkIceWolf and named her Lionel. I found the name on a name generator site but I've seen the name before in a book series called "Rowan Hood" about the daughter of Robin Hood and her band of teenage outlaws, one of which, is a big guy, the son of a lord, named Lionel. It's supposed to mean lion hearted or something like that and I thought it fit this little girl just fine, especially with that marking over her left eye.

The little scout scurried over the hill, his movements as agile as a monkey, or a little climbing lizard, all his forces saw was a small black shape silhouetted against the fiery sunset, the smoke cresting over the hill he crawled up, the sent of fire and worse burning....war was in the air. He scurried over the crest, and the entire company seemed to hold their breath as the long minutes passed, finally, he came back over again, that same quick scurrying crawl, a pack strapped to his back. He hit the long grass and stood in a stooping manner, rushing quietly, begin careful despite the fact that, likely, no one had been alive to follow him. His company seemed to relax as one, but so well trained were they, that not a sound was made. The scout paused before what was obviously the commander, a tall female in commanding, covering leathers. He pulled off his black hood, and stared at her with his soot stained face, sorrow in his soft brown eyes. "No survivors," he said licking his thin pink lips. "Recovered this." he said gruffly, slinging the pack he carried down, carefully placing at her feet. She nodded, and he watched running his dirt covered hands thru his close cropped brown hair as he watched her take a quick glance at the papers. "This is all we needed." she whispered grabbing a sheaf of them her eyes quickly scanning them. The scouts grin flashed whitely in the dark, at the approving words.

The story was meant for something else but I liked it so well I put it with this character. Now all I need is to get an anthro ref for him.
