You said seizure-licious. That induces the fact that you were going to actually make an avatar that can, in-fact, cause seizures. Said avatars are against the new AUP.

I'd suggest you looked at the new AUP, and actually take a close look at them and comprehend them. If you didn't know about this basic rule you might miss some more important ones down the way, heh.


But yeah, if you have it alternate, make sure it is no faster than 1 second per frame. If it's a simple color-fading background, make sure that the change from black to white takes longer than a second.
