i was actually skyping with my bf when i saw this and he pointed out to me that tecnicly speaking , unless other wise specified an unwanted adopt must be returned to me as stated on my tos.

Had to reread myself to make sure he was right and he is.... Now the post specifies if the adopt is unwanted it may be sold for the price u paid for it , or relinquished back to me. Now since this was a free adopt , you cant sell it , so that option is null and void.


If I let u give it to your friend , then id kinda have to change my tos.... other wise everyone will think they can do it :/
