Riiiiiide........Like the Wiiiiiind. Ride Like the Wind
Ffffffuuuuuuck I needed this. After this frigid winter and busy week, jersey reached a wonderful 81 degrees today. This provided the perfect excuse to go riding and test out the new helmet speakers
rileyfrostpaws got me.
I love my sportbike but let me tell you, nothing beats hearing 80s hits with a v-twin rumbling and the wind in your face. When I heard my favorite song of all time come up, I was dancing like a idiot in my seat and didn't care. This will be my ride to Anthrocon as long as the weather holds out that week.

Colour looks pretty classy to me! :P
Looks a lot more comfortable than a zzr600, haha!
I will eventually. I'd like another BMW cafe racer, but something more comfortable would be great too. I was looking at a Vulcan a few years ago, but it's out of my price range I think! Couldn't justify it on top of a car and bills, personally. I'm just a casual weekend rider :P

Not a bad thing to inherit! Hope the circumstances for inheriting it weren’t too bad though :(
I was looking at the Kawasaki Vulcan and the Suzuki Boulevard. Both nice, both out of my price range, haha.
I've been seeing a lot more K series BMW's with sidecars recently. Not seen many R series though! Too scarce, but so beautiful! :D
Never riden with a sidecar, no idea what it's like! Maybe I'm missing out :P

Luckily the circumstances are ok. No death involved (knocks on wood)
It was just no longer ridden so rather than let it rot away, it was given to me since I always take care of my toys.
I've never been in a sidecar either. I hear driving one is completely different from a regular bike. I've been looking at Ural side cars recently. Design-wise they are very similar to old R-series BMWs because they pretty much are BMWs. Russia somehow got the rights to them from bmw. I think it was right after WW1 if memory serves me correctly. They are small 650 and 750 engines and a lot of people convert them over to the faster R engines. They practically bolt right up I hear. If you can find one of those engines. Like you said they are very rare now lol.
