I'm so sorry this took so long. I have been busy with trying to find work and getting ready for college pretty soon.
I've been working on this piece forever bit by bit.
Again , so sorry for the delay. I've been all over the place lately.
Anyway, She was fun to draw and I hope this is how you've envisioned her!

LOVE IT!
I did notice something. merely some advice to keep for later drawings. The background is making her tail tip invisible because they are either the same color, or the colors chosen are too close to each other for the eyes to register a difference, the same is happening with the collar, making her head look like it's floating.
you can fix this in later art, by making sure the bg color is different from the character. a off white/ dark grey could work nicely.
Just advice, you don't have to use it, I just thought it might help for future art. ^^ thanks again, I lOVE IT!

Thanks so much & yeah I was trying to do the outline but it was too late and I didn't want to risk messing anything up since all of my layers were flattened and it was a .png image already. I'll keep that in mind for the next time!
