A few months ago, I asked StrawberryNeko to help express this idea i've been having for some time now, and she couldn't have capture it any better. Essentially though, this is just a very personal piece of Pow having a somber reality check. Being single has it's ups and downs (many of you know already), but one of the worst things in the world is looking and seeing a happy couple living a "perfect life" while you watch from afar. I waited to post this because every time I had gone to upload it before, I would want to think about the topic of love, which in turn didn't end well. So, I've decided that instead of writing a story to go along with this, i'll just post this image instead. So I hope you enjoy this lovely image of Pow as much as I have.

Remember and try to not look at such "couples" with rose tinted glasses. Such couple's life may look that way in public or around friends, but what about their private life behind closed doors? What goes on there is unknown and in today's world, many times bitterness, arguing or other domestic issues. Any relationship will have flaws and are never perfect. Just those flaws determine how it works out and what kind of relationship it is.
That image though, it leaves a mark. Even to someone like me who has no interest in a relationship.

I'd assume partially true. Sorta how I feel this you said works.
In a relationship, each being is bound by the likes and dislikes the other has. Each has to make sure he/she does not step all over those boundaries. However alongside that make sure personalities don't clash either. Otherwise the relationship is healthy and you have someone dedicated to spend time and affection with and receive such back equally.
As for single people. Well I may not have someone to spend time and affection on. However I can like and dislike anything I please or technically do as I please for I've no partner that may happen to dislike that of which I like.
In conclusion. When in a relationship, you are happy for singles as you miss the freedom of choice they have, but that is the cost chosen. Singles view couples happy as they have each other to spend affection on and dedicated time, yet can do as they please in own private life and public.

I know how it feels to be single; both of my brothers and my sister have been in relationships, while I'm still struggling to make a connection with people. I usually isolate myself from others, and when I do try to socialize, I always end up feeling awkward. But it's not all bad; what I lack in social skills, I more than make up for in creativity.
