The Challenge: The freezer just died and much of the content has defrosted. You can’t transfer anything else to another freezer so you put what's left in the fridge while you figure out a plan of attack. Having dealt with all the smaller stuff you now have 7 lamb leg roasts remaining to save. What do you make?

This document is my answer to that question. I've included some photographs and some directions on what I did. I would love to hear from others' as to what they would do with such a bounty and any recipes to share. Photo links are entirely optional.
