Oooh I'm never gonna stop the rain by complaining, because I'm freeeeee, nothing's worrying meeeeeee!
The only other eeveelution that would have this much fun in the rain besides vaporeon would be a grass type! This one I decided to add the rain drops in this time so you can tell Leafeon is really into it. I was also tempted to add a flower crown to Leafeon because running through the rain barefoot and gleeful is so hippy-tastic.
