
...As some'a ya know, m'a wuff that looooves his omlettes... an while most are jus' varyin' amounts of the same ingredients I use every time I make omlettes I do like ta 'christen'em' when they look real good... so here then is this one I've dubbed the giant werewolf's halfmoon omlette!
ingredients:
3 eggs (whisked)
5 strips of bacon
some fiesta cheese blend
diced ham, onion (both white and green), mushroom, & 4 peppertops (tops cut from bell peppers then outter edges sliced off then diced) & tomato
parsley flakes
Nature's Seasonings
directions:
In 1 large skillet pour in the whisked eggs, let fry until whitenin' occurs then sprinkle in yer fiesta cheesee across the entire surface, then add the other diced ingredients workin' at a halfway mark in the skillet till ya fill half that side with yer fillings then gently fold yer egg, press in gently then turn off heat ta get plate, as ya can see this omlette is so large even folded it takes up much of this platter...
