This is a birthday image I made for

I gotta say, he should totally wear that cape and hat combo in the future! For some reason it seems to go extremely well with his structure, so Bison is gonna hafta fork over the goods and give up his clothing ^w^

I've always loved that scene, because prior to seeing at (and still now) I have always used the word "Delicious" to describe a scene or event or something as being good -- so it was funny to see anyone use it in that same context as well, let alone M. Bison. x3
