Chemicals is head of a company that 'cures' for the plethora of disease he creates with his lab.

Kind of a Resident Evil/GeneCo situation.

He's about 10ft tall, very smart but very into punishing the world for his pain and making money out of his 'cures'. Often seen with a business suit and covers up the wounds on his face...and wears contacts to hide his radioactive-like eyes. Anger issues tend to arise when things go wrong in the labs, he'll often flat-out kill someone for a mistake or infects them with a painful disease and only cure them once they are at deaths door - usually too late, watches them die.

Chemicals was experimented on when he was younger, he's pretty much undead now.

So, he's a bad guy.
