This is Adam the demon social worker for the Supernatural Community. His title covers many services within his region including (but not limited to) registration and assimilation of newly turned monsters, registration of monsters who have moved into his region, mitigation of monster/human affairs, claiming custody of monster cubs by the Supernatural Community if caretakers provide inadequate care or living conditions, claiming custody of illegal monster pets and the authority to perform legal action or make arrests if needed.
Because the Supernatural Community is much smaller than its mostly oblivious human population, states are divided into 1 to 4 sections depending on the monster population. Due to the vast variety of monster species, the job descriptions of those within Supernatural Community Services tend to cover a large scope of practice. Basically, when dealing with volatile monster citizens and their anonymous coexistence with mankind, one must have the authority to do what needs to be done. Adam, being an older and more experienced demon-kin has become excellent at his job and its many duties
