You know some days you get out of bed and your hair just has a mind of its own, in conspiracy with the wind? And it lengthens because it feels beautiful on that particular day? I know, it happens a lot, and you just have to stand there and take it.

As a side note.. does anyone else think this makes Toru look like some uber seme boss character that's about to summon his "ultimate power" that the heroes will counter with their "ultimate power" which causes an even stronger "hahaha here's my REAL ultimate power", etc etc for 10 episodes until they finally just make out at the end and cuddle?
