I believe artist has stated these weren't meant to be an original species as such, but that he/she/it? imagines these cuties live to serve their masters and appease them in any way they can. As such, I've worked him into my fursona's original setting that I probably will never write about, so there is a short backstory of how Dicey came across him, and how the name 'Trove' came about.

Trove's just a chubby, cuddly space noodle thing. He is about as bad of a cuddlebug as Dicey is, and about as silly too, and he has been put into some RPs here and there. If enough of my friends badger me for the backstory I might write that some day.
Probably not. Oh well.
