I've been working with  kittkitan for a while on his art, enjoyably letting him use Aidan as a test subject as he works on a variety of different things, not the least of which includes musculature. And if you peruse through his older art on  kittkitten I think you can see a rather dramatic improvement in his body design. And I haven't even gotten into the fact that the curls are pretty damn stupendous! Anatomy books like Burne Hogarth's "Dynamic Figure Drawing" are a tremendous resource to artists looking to improve their anatomy and musculature. I mean, the change that  kittkitan shows here is marvelous! I can't wait to see what else he's going to cook up. Yow! :D
