The once powerful jedi had become nothing more than a meal for the beast as he slipped away behind the beast's chest and into the waiting chamber below. This was a satisfying moment for the beast, for not only did it find a meal, but the prey was also a lively one, struggling as much as it could within it's predator's belly. No one would be able to tell what the rancor had eaten if they were to spot it, but the loud purrs from the beast and the slightly rounded belly were more than enough for anyone to know it was enjoying its meal.
There was a loud gurgle within the beast's belly, which quickly flowed up through its chest, then its throat, and finally out of its open jaws for a thunderous belch, as well as a small rod that splattered on the ground in a puddle of saliva, the lightsaber. The jedi was trapped for good now.
