Cholla may walk, talk, ride a motorcycle, and very so frequently get drunk and wander through and over desert towns, but she's still a cactus above all else. Unfortunately, at least in her opinion, that means she's subject to the "curse" of any flowering plant. Come springtime, and now and again during mid summer, she'll be stuck with a giant flower blooming on her head for a week or two, which makes it quite difficult to be taken as seriously as she'd like to be, as well as blocking her view once the petals start to droop. Saves money on buying a hat at least!
