Another new character I created with the help of Dinogoat.
Rooca is a 20 years old Frog-Anglerfish hybrid. She doesn't work a job and when she does, she gets kicked out of it i the next week for the way she acts. Shes a ruffian and loves to make the lives of others tough. Her main subject for her mischiefs is Corelia, because she doesn't do anything to stop Rooca from it. Her huge teeth makes it impossible for her to close her mouth fully, so she always looks like shes either smiling or pissed. The only time, she doesn't act like a ruffian is, when she is around young children.

Bad habit: Acting like a bitch towards everyone
Fighting capability: Shes rather not really strong in hand to hand combat and mostly uses her teeth and general appearance to scare people of. But if she has to fight, she will use alot of dirty tactics, from biting, blinding and nutkick.
