i recently found out my desk chair isnt a recliner and its just missing two bolts... and the cousioing on it is hardly any anymore so those two bolts are a litleral pain in the arse.

PVC pipe cut down the middle into two halves after cutting to length, secure around piston/cylinder shaft with hose-clamps, save up for new chair (or new cylinder if the chair's worth fixing and you, or someone you know, can swap them).
Rage arts are fun though! XD
