Banner in the making - NEED HELP
I need some tips on shading because that's my weakest area when it comes to drawing
I'm making this a banner for all of my art sites. It's supposed to look like a professional photo-shoot.
Any tips on shading / highlighting would be greatly appreciated!

This is lovely already omg. I'm not a good teacher but what I can give as tips is;
- Pick your light source/direction of light
(When I started digital art I forgot to do this a lot.)
- When shading, NEVER shade with black. Pick colors according to the warmth of the picture
(If it's supposed to be a warm, happier photo like in this case, shade with reddish-browns/oranges
on a multiply or shade layer. Since she's brown and white, I also suggest these colors.)
- Highlighting is important,
(The parts where the light is strongest is where you'll add the most highlights,
either in a luminosity or screen layer. I tend to use the airbrush and erase little
strokes in it to look like fur.)
I'm sorry if that was no help, good luck!
