the Rules are as stated above and here:
each item listed is a different raffle. each with a different quota of participants.
with each raffle ticket there will be included a lineart drawing, of at least 1 character, and there is no limit to how many commission/tickets a person can obtain. Once all tickets for an individual raffle has been sold, the item will be raffled off to the participants of the said raffle.
each ticket/commission is 10$ for the pocketwatch, 3ds and the persona music cd.
each ticket/commission is 20$ for the Two-handed katana. upgrading the single character lineart, to two characters, or single character flat color.
any and all payments must be upfront.
5$ more for an upgrade for color/shade, more characters, or anything overly naughty
for the first week starting march, 14,6pm mountain time- march 21st 11:59pm, two tickets will be handed out for the price of one.
participants will be shown on their respective journals to save space.
