As a Shaman, Norman has the trained ability to manipulate electricity/lightning, but he has multiple power stages.

This would be stage 3 (Stage 1 is normal, Stage 2 is sclera remain white, but they glow)

This is basically how Norman scares people. If you're pissing him off or if on the off chance he decides to prank someone, this is what he does.
[sub] Stages 2+3 do not take much energy at all for him to use, so it has no harm to his body)
