A company called Lomography came out with a trippy kind of 35mm film a few years ago called LomoChrome Purple and after I'd gotten a bit better with my dad's old Canon AE-1, I ordered some. It's supposed to simulate the effect of a now discontinued brand of Kodak color infrared film called Aerochrome. I can't say enough amazing things about how this film turns the world a completely different place on film... greens become purple, red just pops off the image and it's just AMAZING shooting landscapes with it.
This particular image is of Girard Park near the university, which is where I've been playing around the most with this film. Shot at 200 ISO with a 50mm lens.
