Because I like to make characters based off of myself in different universes.
This is actually different than I have in my sketchbook because I did this without my pre-plan because of dumb reasons I won't get into >:V
I might redo this in the future but mix the two designs together.. I like somaspects of this one better and some aspects of the other one better lol
BUT ANYwAYS. League of Legends champion time.
Besides, when I come up with her lore, her design is subject to change depending on what I do with her~

Here's Phox; The Blood Angel
Abilities
Q: Angels Therapy Phox channels her wand with energy and can undo and stuns, slows, roots etc on a chosen ally and rebound said effect onto the nearest enemy within range. Phox can cast on herself.
W: Plague Phox infects an enemy with toxins, slowing them and dealing 25% of their current health over a 3 second period. During this time, stuns, roots, snares etc not caused by Phox deal 10% more damage.
E: SplicePhox uses her wand to slice through the dark, sending a wave of light though all enemies hit, dealing 50+100% of her current AP. It also knocks all enemies hit backward, stunning them fr .5 seconds
R: Rapture Phox calls down a beam of light in a certain radius, dealing 500+80% of Phox's currenty AP to enemies in range and heals allies for 100% of current AP. Beam has to charge for 2 seconds before firing.
Passive: Bloodlust For every Ally killed, Phox gains 5 permanent AP
Lore
I have only picked up a few bits and pieces of her lore thus far. My first assignment was just concept art.
I chose the theme of angels+DNA / biology sort of a thing; mixing science with myth. I figure she's ... kind of like a purgatory angel. She's not a heavenly being, but she's definitely not a kind of demonic presence either. Maybe she's an angel of disease or something idunno lol. I'm going to do lore later. This is due tomorrow so I figured I should just get it out there first.

Literally a CC monster xD I think one could play her Mid but I modeled myself to be more of a utility damage support : )
With the right build though I think you could defs go mid.. Get a Liandry's, Ludens, Zhonyas, Rabadons.. Cooldown Reduction boots and maybe a ROA or something :P
