Oh, this isn't my first tablet drawing! This is just my first 'finished' drawing with the tablet. I have quite a few sketchy doodles.
Basically, I just zoom in and clean up the lines to make them crisper. I'm not expert myself, but that's what I did for this. Do you have a wacom bamboo? It has a nifty little zoom in/out circle at the top.
