on days her owner was out

when hot flames blocked her route
Scout is the cat who stays in the Spellā«Bound store Athena works at. It's unknown how long she's been a ghost, but her owner refuses to say anything about the matter, knowing it'll upset Scout.
If she's startled/get upset, she has the ability to set things on fire! But, she is still scared of the flame(though it cannot hurt her! Duh, ghost and all), and if a fire starts in her presence, she will run and cannot be found for hours.
