That's actually a slap bass patch in one of my favorite soundfonts.
The lead is a Grand piano patch.
I've been toying with soundfonts in my music lately, because they offer a more analog, crisper realistic sound that I can play with, and they're free most of the time too!
Unless you mean the gated synth I have ducked behind the instruments.
which is just a preset sequence built into a Plugin I have.
I like making really chill tracks with melodic elements.
