I tweaked her fur a little more, changed the proportions on her body slightly (after seeing the movie again last night).
I added the rig for her ears. They can now be posed rather freely :)
I'm closing in towards having a finished model and rig. Only things remaining are her hands and her facial rig. Plus a few details like her accessory belt.

Hmm, oh yes, this Judy model turned out very well. Still, when I look at her face, I have the feeling the eyes have not the same "impact" as they had in the movie.
It took me a while to figure out what it was; the Disney Judy used a lot more "eyeshadow" in the movie; and since Xaneth mentioned he was doing some more facial tweaks and there are those grey areay rid over the upper eye-lid; I guess her eyes get a nother make over ?
However; that is really some awesome 3D-modeling.

I see. Well, you are the expert in that regard. I just felt that the impressive "eye-catcher"-effect of the black outlines of the eyes hypnotically draw your focus to those amazing lavender eyes is weaker in your model. I guess with a more natural lighting and the texture effect you mentioned that effect can be created... without being "painted on".
