Del Marina, aka "the Demon Watyr", aka "the sea god". depends on who you ask.
A tall fish-man (about as tall as a basketball player), who hates anything non aquatic and will drown it with his powers (which is what he's done to the city).

Strangely enough Silva...I've seen this type of imagery before...H.P Lovecraft often described such creatures. Kinda interesting that you came up with something similar with no reference. Kinda makes you wonder if old HP was tapping into something there....:) Wonderful pic
I've heard of HPL but have only seen squidlike creatures drawn (I haven't actually read anything by him). I've just always liked stories about sea monsters, so he's sort of that (wrecks ships, drowns land peoples). So maybe its coming from the same place HPL took inspiration from, the fear of deep open water. (But the truth is his design was a random sketch I decided to make into a character a few years ago.)
Thanks. The bigger bubbles are done with a circle gradient on an overlay layer and then some of them distorted, the smaller ones are just an airbrushing of white with a "gravel" texture. With a computer, there's all sort of short cuts if you know how to play with the tools ;)
