Do you use human poses to practice for this? Perhaps you could give me a small tip to improve anatomy? D:

yup i use human poses as a reference. Heres a site where you can practice life drawing (much like it would be if you took a life drawing class)

Just grab some paper (any will do, but it might be fun to buy a sketch book) Also practice with different materials, (go to an art store and buy some willow charcoal (its pretty cheap no worries) try drawing with pencil, different kinds of pens, color pencils, find a figure that is in darkness with a lot of light shining on them, buy black paper then draw the light. buy mid-tone paper and draw the light and the dark but use the mid-tone of the paper as the mid-tone of the figure, try all different kinda of media and tools. Use whatever you want. Even fingerpaint it. XD Explore the wonderful world of art. :p
