Nothing says Gothic Lolita quite like a tiny top-hat. This idea had been in my brain for a while, and I think it turned out nicely. ^^

Awesome - I was actually looking for something like that a while ago, and will inevitably need to again some time or another. I'm going to have to download Photoshop soon - the GIMP just isn't cutting it anymore.
