I wanted to ask, will you guys ever have the option to hollow them out? ;w; as a beginner Im always scared im going to mess it up my self.

Not really, since everyone has such a differently shaped head, they all need different depths/shapes carved out of them. They won't need padding once you get them to your specific face shape
