he first appears human but thus is a ruse, he is neither human nor monster since his decent into the underground years before the first human. dying until a scientist sewn his soul to a boss monster's soul (who is not said). he has sutures under his right eye, on his throat, and on his chest (EyeTC get it). His hair has streaks of white in the bangs and a lightning bolt on the sides of his head (due to electricity playing a part in his physical healing) He'll zip his jacket up to his neck to hide his sutures on his throat and chest, and his bangs are kept over his right eye and sutures giving the illusion he is human. though his eyes still change color at random outside of battle. His typeface is ITC Bradley Hand as his namesake. His soul is sewn to a large boss monster's soul, time has fused both. though his soul is subject to color change as his eyes are.

after a while, his flesh decayed into nothing leaving his skeleton the only last physical medium of his human life. the body you see before you is simply a magic construct like many monsters. His eye color is subject to change, but usually in light blue, red, blue, and purple.

his attacks:
Hand: He will attempt to grab you and throw you around, causing heavy damage in Karmic Retribution.
Electricity: He sends out lightning to strike (even multiple times in a row)
Sewing threads: He will sew into the bulletin board, limiting your movements for the next turn. the sewing needle will damage you and the threads will block movement as if it were the borders of the bulletin board.
Eye Flash: His right eye color determines the rules of the soul while his left eye color shows whats coming next.
Bulletstorm: bullet hell associated with soul color with additional strikes.
Increasing Determination (not shown in pic): His attacks increases in damage and hit more frequently.
Random Style: his attacks are random and become more so as the battle progresses.
Determination/Immortality: he can revive after his health bar is depleted
Megaboss Being: Extremely difficult to beat. Only accessible through certain actions. optional fight.

after healthbar depletion, his body will turn to ash leaving behind a human skeleton with metal plates under the right eye socket, the throat area of the spine, and on the chest. indicating that there was surgery during his postfall into the underground. his determination will cause his ashes to reassemble his body and begins the next phase of the battle. He has a total of 7 health bars for the entire fight meaning he has 7 phases to his battle. Beating him will start a cutscene.

He WILL berate the player (not frisk or chara) for many reasons:
he'll say "You think you know terror?" when you defeat Photoshop Flowey.
He'll say "You think you beaten a god? THINK AGAIN!" after killing Sans
He'll hate the player for killing Muffet.
if you hacked Gastor in the game, he'll point out you killed someone dear to him and will increase the difficulty of the entire fight further.
killing Toriel, he will berate you for killing someone who only wanted to protect them.
post genocide route, he'll call you a Filthy Killer the entire time in every text box.
post true pacifist route, he'll proclaim he was almost fooled into thinking you were pure and then say he is sickened by your presence.
completing all mysteries, he'll berate you for taking so long to come after him and call you a Loathsome Completionist.
coming after him through hacks, he'll berate you for hacking your way to his fight and say "You must want an early death then..."
attempting to hack a victory past him, he'll chuckle saying "You fear my battle that much?" then initiates the battle with him anyways.
attempting to hack to hear his theme will lead to the battle with his starting dialog being replaced with "If you want to listen to that then you MUST battle me"
attempting to name the fallen child "ITCB", "Brad" or "Hand" he'll say "hehe, is that a reference to me?"

"You really are pathetic, 7 phases to this battle...7! You thought you could kill this megaboss like all the others? Sad."
*he spares Frisk and destroys Chara's soul*
"You knew better than these two. Yet you wanted all the secrets discovered."
*he sews the player's soul in place and readies his last hit*
"Here is the final secret..."
*lightning strikes the soul*
"I wasn't meant to be killed :)"
*deranged laughter is heard and the sound file of the soul shattering is heard, hinting he killed the player*

trivia:
-his battle themes are remixes of boss monster themes for each phase. the last phase is a mash up of Battle against a True Hero, Megalo Strike Back, and Power of "Neo" remixes.
-having 7 separate health bars that incease in health each phase, he has the most health out of all Megabosses to date.
-His dialog when he is fought last after all other secrets are discovered references common completionist behavior saving the optional bosses for last.
-He references the Frankenstein's monster in many ways.
--his sutures
--his use of electrical attacks and bullets during his turns
--though he was a single dying human while Frankenstein's Monster is a culmination of dead bodies, both were brought back to life with electricity and sewn back together in some way.
-his name is Bradley, though if you put his name, the suture locations first, and his hand attacks last. it spells out "EyeThroatChest Bradley Hand" or "ITC Bradley Hand" the font family his character is based on.
-He considers the human that "was" him to be dead and himself to be born from the death of the boss monster and human. And often refers back to his past self.
-He was purposely designed to be impossible to kill in reference of how Megaboss characters are the strongest, even godlike, compared to final boses.
-He has a romantic interest in Muffet.
-he is mostly right handed as his sprite raises the right hand constantly when using attacks or altering the rules of the soul. Though he holds the sewing needle in his left hand and occasionally uses it in soul altering rules, hinting that he is ambidextrous.
-his health bars changes color for each phase in a random order. that color determines the starting soul rules. (ie. purple starts off with the purple soul mechanics of being limited to purple lines and able to jump between them. while blue starts with blue mechanics of gravity)
-The last phase his eyes flash in all colors, making this phase absolutely unpredictable and difficult to finish as apposed to the first few phases.
-Despite his murderous intent. his dialog in post true pacifist route seems to show he has a hopeful attitude and was betrayed, alluding that he has a complex personality other than the berating megaboss persona he is shown to have.
