Princess Circ has just completed the crash-course finishing training offered by St. Olga's Reform School for Wayward Princesses. She's an exceptionally good student when it comes to taking in lessons. After all, she had a lot of rather unique obstacles to overcome. Not only did she not want to be trained in the first place, but she's actually not a she at all. Like that matters much. All a princess needs to be able to do is attract the eye of a big strapping prince who'll take her and make her a queen. That's just what that tittering, cute feline is best at now, ahuhuhuh~

I kind of got obsessed with this fucking dress ever since I saw it in a commercial for this cartoon. I actually tried drawing it a few times, but the poofy shoulders screwed hard with every attempt. Luckily,  rusheloc was more than willing to take this idea on as a commission, and he did a fantastic job with the lineart. I colored it off working with what he produced for me.
