Yes and no

Making an alternate skin for the characters can be done. Though the animated poses (Battle Idle, Walk, and Idle) Cannot have the edits go outside the
existing artwork edges. Any other artwork can't go outside the file borders as far as I know.

Making an entirely new hero is completely possible, but the way sound works currently, no new classes have any sound.

The other issues is the amount of time it takes to create all the poses and artwork needed for a new character. A reskin
cuts down the work to only the poses, but a full new class is a laundry list of stuff that would be terribly expensive.

Oohh right. I had forgotten about all the animations, haha! I just remembered the portraits.

Either way this is super cool. that game has such a great style.
