Alright! I guess I will start my rambling about my character now, so if your not into that, just be on your way ;)

Stuff about North! ahh!!

Name: Northrend or "North" for short. You might think I named him for looking like a guy from a cold place, which he is. Though I actually named him after a voice actor I think is freakin awesome for bringing characters I love to life! Nolan North has done a lot of voices in games but for me my favorite is him in the Uncharted series as Nathan Drake. If you ever played the Deadpool game thats the same voice actor!
Gender: North is male.
Species: Arctic Raptor This may sound complicated, bear with me. Arctic raptors are warm blooded evolved dinos that prefer a cold climate. Large claws and horns break away ice and help clear snow. They are covered in fine hair-like feathers that trap heat. The grey/black and blue ares are scales, they help keep snow from clinging to the body. So no, North in particular to his design isnt very much raptor like, its just a species name like how birds are called raptors.
Height/Weight: 5'3, 125 pounds Pretty small, though as an animal much larger than a real raptor I'd think.
Orientation: None. Has absolute no interest in sex.
Personality: A bit Arrogant though often docile. Picky and spiteful in his bad moments. North lives mostly solitary so his sociable skills are not a strong one. Even still he might surprise you with his playfulness in bursts. Has a bad biting/nibbling habit, he just wants to take a bite, not eat you!
Favorite things: Eggs: Boiled, sunny or deviled. Most vegetables, soups and fondue. Absolute favorite is Spicy things, hotter and more tear jerking the better. Loves soda like coke, mountain dew and monster energy. The colors yellow, gold and orange. Being very cold, playing in snow and intimidating people with his fierce looks.
Hates: Most consumable flesh of animals (hates the taste), doesn't care when others eat it. Hot and humid areas places.

Now for other kinds of infoooo!
I first made Northrend at the very end of 2014 in December. Though I wasn't really a furry but I always enjoyed reptile characters my whole life. Pretending to being a dinosaur at playgrounds( you know... catching and eating people ;>w>), playing as Riptor in Killer Instinct (super nintendo) and the film Jurassic park being huge influences in my childhood. Playing skyrim was the icing on the cake that made me realize I had a thing for reptiles even still. At this time I thought furries were just ppl that liked to draw rainbow dogs and hated too harshly and unfairly on mlp fans. I had even seen fursuits on a link I was curious to click on about "furry cruise". Saw pictures of fursuits but I thought they were mascots for the cruise and someone took pictures of them. yet one to me seemed pretty different and cool, that would be Flux the blue kangaroo I believe? Though I thought it was interesting I just kinda up and forgot about it for years. Then one day me friend BlackDogDemon89 had come over and was showing me fursuit parade videos and talked about fursuits and confessed to being a closet furry all along lol! I was then so very interested in fursuits and how fun they looked and I knew I wanted to have a lizard character with fur/feathers. So that night a drew a bunch of designs and came up with Northrend! His horns are heavily influenced by Argonians and their horns that go about the jaw and stuff. At first having North I felt happy with the look but kinda empty too, with time he's really grown on me. I usually had characters that were based in a universe of a video game or something so a lot of story to work with but with North it feels like nothing is there, so that was difficult for me to enjoy a fursona that was basically what I envision myself but oh so blank. My other characters have huuuge backstories and here is my fuzzy lizard that "likes cold places". I guess he is a bit more realistic than characters that have powers just because, he feels like hard facts lol. My species evolved for many, many years until we got this, yayyy.

I don't care and (he) does not care if you call him a: dragon, dinosaur, monster-thing or raptor. North refers to his species vaguely as "Lizards". So calling him "Lizard" is his favorite in regard to species name.
