Things aren't always what they seem.
Well, that was a bit of silly fun. :3
For my other Gaster pics, I used a couple different things. For the first, I used the Apparition filter in Inkscape to make that cool ghostly effect. For the other one, I used:
This Zalgo Text Generator by Tchouky for that distorted text effect.
This Image Glitch Tool by Georg for the crazy-ass glitched image effect.

i remember seeing a very cute animation showing gaster as talking in sign language with his hands :3 thus his um... interesting dialect and "the man who speaks in hands"
