I think it's due to the fact that furries are 'typically' one of the most diverse groups of people in that there are people from all kinds of backgrounds, religions, ideologies, and social cliques that there is an abundance of clashing. If we all do our part to tolerate each other and not talk behind each others' backs, I think everyone would come out on top.
a secret of mine, do you know where i work? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! it feels so REAL!!! yes i work for a gaming company and we are working on a complete absorbtion VR sytem, using a suit that we have already built we can trace the persons movements and put them in the charactor, and the helmet makes it look so 3d and real, and now we are working on making the suits pressure change in order to make yourself feel what your charactors feeling, but we really havent perfected it. im sure if we ever perfect it, i can suggest a sex game ;) this will be one of the charactors if i have my way, no promises!
Woah, hold up just one sec. Don't go storming all 'roud, the artist when you can't recreate their work or use their drawing tactics. Besides, who says that it's fiction. (starts to mock Morpheus)What is real? How do you describe real? (chuckles)(shapeshifts into Argonian) You see, reality is described differently throughout every one of us. I understand you're frustration.(shapeshifts into cat/dragon furry hybrid) I draw dragons, but I can't do them as well as I see them in my head, I can't do scales, fur, anything right, I have a hard time with human-like faces, and a whole mess of other things.(shapeshifts back into Kaiser Dragon) But you don't hear me going off at the artist who can do it better than I can, do you? You know what I do? (shapeshifts into Neko Boy) I ask that artist if they could possibly help me by giving me few pointer and maybe a few instructions. I apoliogize if I sound rude by saying this, (shapeshifts back into Kaiser Dragon) but please just think about it, will ya?
(quickly looks around) Did I? Whoops......:S Sorry, I guess I just don't take things as they were planned sometimes, well on top of that, I didn't read the reply under yours when I posted the comment. Perhaps if I had, I wouldn't have sent such an extensive reply. Are apologies accepted? (turns into small cat and gives you cute eyes).
Wow.... I mean really. This isn't some random comment. I'm really stunned by this. I think I like your ability to bring out the texture of his scales and the lighting involved. The overall design and pose of the character is very nice. I love how his tail drapes over his leg. There is a lot of expression in this pic. Truly art. I love it!
Hey this is great! Finally some more lizard stuffs from ya.. come to think of it I hardly really see any lizzies from you :( Anyway I really hope you'll do more in the future because this one is just wow.. awesome. Very well detailed and quite adorable. Perhaps inspiration for me to return to work on some of my own drawings :)
i can only imagine what i could do with your artistic talent, just wow!!! i just keep on coming back to this and every time i see it i just...
and that eye of his, i could feel myself melting and honest, i almost had a heart attack, its so amazingly drawn, i would love to see some more lizards in future, if a non porn lizard image can do that to me, imagine what other lizard images could do to me!

oha nd one other thing! i am an art critic and i look for things that are wrong with pictures, and it takes ALOT for me to really like art and just... shit! i can not find one sigle thing wrong with it!!! well... only one thing but its not really big or worth mentioning. you draw it like its real and you just raised my standards even higher!
I have to say that the realism and lighting effects there are simply incredible. Expressive earfins that swoop and sway, a nice look on his face, nicely androgenous like most lizards tend to be as well! Absolutely incredible scale details, the tongue sticking out with that drip of drool such a nice touch to that makes the picture extra yummy!
IN a fashion, he's almost more like a photo than a drawn picture... phanomenel!

I play Oblivion too. I've got 2 characters created, and both are Argonian. The second one I used the dual frill . The first I used the spike hair. The second one is bluish-green and the first one is redish-green. Sorry, I'm rambling. I just don't find that many Oblivion players online anymore. (shapeshifts into Argonian described as the first one) (chuckles but kind of sulks) I wish I could draw as well as her. (shapeshifts back into Kaiser Dragon and gives a small smile)
The blue scales were hard to get, and it left the ventral scales pink. I also had one which was all black, but at certain angles of light, the scales were iridescent red, like prismatic paint on cars. I also have a very viking-esque Nord (blond, stubble, axe user and shield), and a purple haired Bretton.
My blue Argonian wears amber armor (Shivering Isles expansion) and a green hood rather than a helm.

Cool. I was thinking about doing a black Argonian. The fact that the scales would turn an iridescent red in certain angles of light make the thought that much cooler. Sweet. The Spike-hair Argonian was my first, as I told you, and I'm the farthest into the game with him.I own the game of the year edition, so I have the Knights and Isles expansions with it. The one problem is that I only have it for PS3. What class is your Argonian? My first one was a custom class called the Dracomancer. My major skills were Blade, Destruction, Illusion, Marksman, Conjuration, Acrobatics, and Restoration. Sorry, I'm still rambling. LOL
I think the Argonian is a Spellthief. He left the tutorial with Apprentice level Sneak, Block, and Archery without taking a class. Most of the time I get the sneaky/assassin type classes. Mine is for PS3 as well.
BTW, an easy way yo get through the game is go after "Redwave" immediately since it's a glitched weapon. It's supposed to be level-based for damage, but the code is glitched so all versions of the weapon are at max power. Just keep in mind that you have to kill 5 wraiths, and there's a 6th you can run past. Fortunately the cutlasses they drop count as magic weapons and can be used against the other monsters. Your reward for the minor quest in Anvil, which ties into the Black Hand questline, is the cutlass Redwave. The sharpened cutlasses from the enemies are worth some gold too.
Also, the Knights of the Nine items auto level for you if you place them on the display tree in the basement and take them back. A good questline to start early.

I'm actually only level 9....The only Daedric shrine i've completed is Azura's, I've shut 4 Oblivion gates(I found a great Dwarven shield in the 3rd and an enchanted one in the most recent, but I died and I couldn't open the locked door again.:/) I have not gotten past the Mages Guild Recommendation quests, i'm on the Leyawin one with only skingrad left. I 've just finished the first Dark Brotherhood quest (Kill Rufio). The most powerful weapon I have is a silver claymore that I got in the Azura's Shrine quest(ditched a Akaviri Dai-Katna for it), I am a Blade(only did it to get to the katanas), I've got a good amount of spells(I use feather constantly to keep plundering, but I really need a new healing spell, I only have heal minor wounds, and my only conjuration spells are skeleton, zombie, scamp, and bound helmet. On top of that I need new destruction spells.) I can't remember where I am exactly right now because I haven't played in a while. I have the guide to the game, but I rarely use it. Yeah, I've heard of "Redwave", but I had no idea it was that easy 'cause I haven't tried it yet. Still, I find it more fun than any of the new games I have. I used to have a curiass, but now I just prefer to wear silk pants and enchanted rings that I find. I'll wear a piece of armor every now and then, but I need to complete the mages guild recomendation quests so i can get to the enchantment altar. Anyway, I suck at mercantile, no really, I do. That dwarven shield, I could only sell it for half of what it was worth! So I just sold it and got over with. Anyway, cool, I've got to do that sometime.
best daedric item is the Skeleton Key from the shrine near Lleyawin. Level 10 required and all you do is sneak some info from 2 argonians in town, kill some wild animals and some trolls in a cave, dive under water and bring back an item. Tis time aorund it's an unbreakable lockpick and ups your sneaky abilities such as Security.
Usually, when I get the Dark Brotherhood complete, you get the Black Hand robes which are awesome non-armor. I usually stick with light armor, other than the Spell Breaker shield from one of the final Daedric shrines. As for spells, easily building Conjuration, once you get int the Mage Guild academy, just use your Bound spell to make a 1 second duration and spam it constantly. I tend to have Heal Minor wounds then Heal Major Wounds.

I agree, you certainly should (!!) draw some more lizards. Though your furry characters are nice (you are very good at drawing fur textrure by now), your "scale textures" are also amazing! And it's just beautiful to watch. Also, lizard eyes are way different from mammal eyes... and yet, you've mastered it very superb.
Ya know, there are some people who "complain" that you draw only furries and they are annoyed of it... they even think, you are not able drawing something esle. There is no worse comment to an artist, like that: being not flexible and stuck in ONE style. :( Don't get me wrong... I personally think, you should draw what YOU like - not what others want from you.
But the point is, that you have NOW prooven to be famous about "scaled creatures", as well. So, one more "gem" in your crown!!!! ^..^
Keep it up.

I can't find the (english) words to explain what I felt when I saw that f*cking masterpiece. In spanish should be like this: "¡Dios, eres increíble! Cada una de tus obras va superando la anterior, y cuando creíamos que habías llegado a tu límite, haces algo así. Deberías tener una sala reservada en el Museo del Prado de Madrid."
Anyway... I'd kill to have your habilities.

Quite beautiful man!
I love how every scale shines in the light and the detail in the eye is absolutely gorgeous :) The slight reflection on the surface is a nice touch too and the whole picture has a wonderful sense of depth. I also love the fact that your coloring is so intricate that you don't use traditional outlines. It makes the picture look very realistic... like I can almost touch those scales!
I love that tongue too, the soft look and drips of drool are wonderful, and I just cant keep my eyes off it!!! Seriously, your work is some of the most detailed and intricate on this entire site, and the emotion in your work always adds personality and seductiveness..
On a personal note, I'd love to see what he could do with that tongue :D

Wow, I love what you did with this. The pose is very dynamic, the scales really pop too, and it's really the details that do it for me, like the little bit of webbing between his fingers and the little bit of drool stuff like that. It really is amazing to see that, in my opinion, you continue to progress in your artistic ability, even despite the amazing talent you already display!
Wow. A very impressive piece! I must agree with you, please draw more lizards. :D Drawing doesn't seem to fit, your art is much more than just that! :) I love the casualness of the piece, how he's just laying there seductively, at ease. His feet in the air curled across his sexy tail which is laying over his thigh. The drool pooling down from his tongue is a nice touch. The viewer is drawn to his eye, alluring, attractive, enticing.
I'm not sure if this'll be noticed in the ocean of comments, but this is gorgeously detailed.
I think my favorite part, aside from the alluring pose, is the earfins. They have such a look of softness and sensitivity to them, right down to the tiny veins running through the folds of soft-scaled hide.

Well, I do believe the plethora of comments here speaks for itself as to the quality of your work; allow me to add my own little drop of water into the vast ocean already here.
Not only is your concept of anatomy virtually flawless in it's implementation, but your work with detailing and lighting are also impeccable. However, my favorite part of this incredible piece is the eye. They say the eyes are the window to the soul, accepting that, truly you have breathed life into the lifeless and given shape and form to the empty and formless. When I look at this piece, I truly feel as though I'm looking at a still photograph of a living, breathing, non-fictional being.
I’m nothing less than mesmerized by your level of talent; truly yours is the pinnacle of perfection that all we lesser artists shall strive (mostly in vein) to achieve.
I boggle to think where your talent will take you in a few years time with continued development.
Bravo, I applaud your incredible skills.

Wow, this has got to be one of the most amazing portrayals of a lizard I've ever seen.
The way you've designed the scales, the way you've layered them out on him, and all the detail you've put in the scales beyond the plates even down to the veins in his fins.
The way you've designed the paws is also quite stellar and also the way you put them to use to show off their design is very well done. The picture's so well done it looks like it could walk off the page ^^
I love it. I love everything about it even down to the look in his eye. Bravo on a beautiful piece.

I know this has like 500 comments, but I wanted to say. Those scales look amazing. Great job rendering them, you must have infinite patience. I like how you positioned the tail with the feet kind of holding it, it gives him a lot of character. He (?) looks very relaxed. <3
This has got to be one of my favorite lizard anthro artworks! This is absolutely hot Hot HOT!!! A serious turn on! WOW!!! I either wana be him or.. or... or... ack! My brain wants to explode! I'm a straight guy as a human but oh man if I was my fursona for reals... wowza! *droools*
i love reptiles and amphibians, they make me feel comfortable, with my right webbed foot and all. i love it! i wish i was one, but one can only dream... you know i really did find an old antique oil lamp upstairs in the attic and i forever dream of all the wishes i could make if it were a genie lamp, one of my wishes would easily be to become a lizard or amphibian or something.
When I found this piece of art I was fascinated.
The light comes out very nice and the shades too.
I like the detail in the scales and the pose.
But the most outstanding thing is the head with the fantastic eye the lovely ears and the unbelievable cute tongue
I hope you'll keep on drawing lizards like this, it's just stunning how lovely deatiled he is
PS: If this was just a try I can't imagine how a 'real' picture must look like

O.O DAYMN...I WISH I was this good, or at the very least had the funds to commission this guy to do a pin-up of my scalesona in her feral form...of course if he were available for them. Absolutely stunning and it immediately had caught my eyes, that's for sure! As others have said, the scale detail is amazing and superb...that right balance between, "Can't see me." and "LOOK AT ME DAMN IT!". Awesome job, that is all.
