I've not done something like this before, I tried to copy your style directly at first, then realized that defeated the point of a sketch trade! Originally the bedbug was going to be telling a story as the dreamer nodded off, but the way I drew him made me think of someone holding out their hand to test the rain and so I just rolled with that! =3

Damn I should draw more stuff like this, I need to flex some character/design brain muscles or they'll waste away to nothing!

Eeee! You are making me really, really want more Lovecraft + furries stuff. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, but I'm enjoying it.

I think it's more just a general Weird cross over. With regards to art draw by furries inspired by weird tales (ie what I'd like to do more of), well, I just need to become much more competent in order to capture something even approaching the essence of the Weird Tales I enjoy the most. But thank you very much for the encouragement. :3
