By buying,commission, biding, getting free art, requesting or any kind of participation on any sort of my work, you are accepting my TOS.


About the payment:

°° My payment method is via PAYPAL. I will NOT start on your commission until I receive the payment.
°° If payment is NOT received within 48 hours without contact or reason you forfeit your commission slot or action slot.


About the time:

°° Please allow 2 months for your commission to be completed, maybe less (specially on complex commissions or collabs).
°° I do not work in order of payment, I choose in which one I want to work.
°° This range of time Its because I want to give you something that worth your money, so I take my time to work in your commission.
°° If you want to commission me for an special date (b-days, holidays,etc) please commission me at a proper time.
°°I work with two or three draws a the same time and also i go to the university , so please be patient and fit to my schedule.
°° If your commission will take me more time I will note you directly or in a journal.

Please be aware that I´m currently studying on college and during test days or projects, so it hard to focus 100% on your commission, that is why I ask you a wide range of time; also remember, I have personal issues and day-by-day situations, I´m a human too, please be patient

DO NOT CONTACT ME EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEK OR EVERY HOUR ASKING FOR YOUR COMMISSION; IF PERSISTENT ON THIS I WILL DECLINE YOUR COMMISSION AND I WILL REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE OF ITS WORTH

About my work

°° The responsibility of using registered characters, designs, or any visual resource in the elaboration of the piece lies on you, the commissioner (Ex. If you ask me to draw a sonic plush in your commission, its your responsibility).
°° I will NOT copy-n-sale any piece from another artist ( as any artist , I have my own visual library and references, but I will always use my own poses.)
°°When I start a new commission i always ask to you if have any ideas of what you want and a reference of the character(s) (three max).
°°If you want something I can`t do , I`ll tell you and we can find another way to make the work.
°°I can ignore some of your requests if I see something wrong ,strange , immoral or something that can make the draw anti aesthetical.
°°Again , I can ignore certain request.
°°If you don't like the pose I´m offer to you , I´m in all the right of re-use the pose in other draw.
°°I have the credit of the work ( creator of the draw).

WIP´s and Re-founds

°°I will update a WIP of your commission ,if you don`t like something about please tell me when I submit your WIP , to work the fast i can to submit a fix version.
°° Modifications of the commission or pose ONLY in the WIP stage, please consider this before I start working in the coloring.
°° Any huge modification request after the WIP will be ignored.
°° If you ( the commissioner) forgot something and want a modification after the WIP , this may add an extra price.
°° You can ask a refund during the development of your piece, but I will calculate the difference to refund according to the progress of the piece.
°° NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED WORKS

After Completion

°° You, the commissioner are allowed to post the finished piece in your personal/public gallery as long as credit for the artwork is given to me.
°° I can e-mail you a full resolution version if you want to.
°°I have the right to use the poses I offer to draw characters of my own or Lunarii´s characters and update it in my gallery as a "personal artwork".
°° PLEASE DON´T REMOVE MY WATERMARK
°° Please avoid any modification to the original piece ( color,edit , etc.) UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION.
°° Unless explicitly stated otherwise, I will retain all copyright of my work, even when characters contained within the work belong to the commissioner. It is in my right to post distribute, copy, reproduce, print, etc. Any of my pieces for sale or promotion at my discretion (THIS INCLUDES TRADES, GIFTS, FREE ART, REQUEST OR ANY PIECE OF MY GALLERY)
°°After you buy the draw you have all right to use the draw as you wish , always keep my credit.
°° I reserve the right to print any image I create. Meaning I may print your commission/piece, sell the prints at conventions or in my personal store.
°° Please discuss with me if you like to purchase full rights of the image.
