Saving money where you can is a MUST in this modern world we live. Fursuits can be or are expensive and depending on how you build them or what labor goes into, there's always a cost factor. However........Since we're learning how to build our own fursuit (in segments), we can find "loop" holes with coupons, sales, deals, and specials that will help us stretch our dollar much further than most would ever expect.

Earlier this week, our host was able to take advantage of using coupons at Michaels, Hobby Lobby, & Joann's along with in-store sales and cut his materials list cost in half. He spent an estimated $40 less than if he were to buy them at full price.

Its also important to note that if you already some of the items on the materials list at home, then cross them off and only buy what you need. This dramatically lowers your spending and helps you set a better budget.
