"Said to be servants of Maikazaa, the Daedra of maternity and burdens, the Biirathi are Daedra that resemble argonians and flame Atronachs. Biirathi are rumored to be Maikazaa's closest devotees reincarnated through a ritual only known to them and her, and summoning them is quite difficult to learn without being shunned for Daedra worship. Maikazaa seems to contact the infertile to gain their allegiance, and promises a fertile life afterwards. Those who pledge themselves to her are sworn to carry at least one hundred children throughout their lives(greatly extended by her, as long as they hold their oath), and those who do are slain and reincarnated as a Biirathi, forever tending to their mistress in bliss of their fertility. Some will venture back to Nirn from their own plane of Oblivion, Maternuar, and may spread word of their Mistress and her willingbess to aid the infertile of Nirn." -The Call of Maternuar, Sun's Dawn, 14, 4e 567
"To summon one, you must have an amulet from Maikazaa and knowledge of the Biirathi. While attacking weakly, they attract attention and may take many attacks before their mistress calls them back to Oblivion. If their belly, udder or breasts take too many hits, then they may detonate in a huge wave of Magicka before being called back to Oblivion to heal themselves. There have also been rumors of hybrids between the Biirathi and mortals, specifically the Argonians, which further implies previous relation to mortals, as written in Yeinai's 'The Call of Maternuar.'" -Guide to the Obscure, First Seed, 12, 4e 571
"These creatures behaviors vary greatly, but none are innately malevolent. Those who are often are imprisoned by Maikazaa herself, and forced to provide lesser Daedra to the other Daedric Princes, primarily Azura, Meridia, Peryite, and even Sheogorath, on the extremely rare occasion. The weakest Biirathi are often seen with several bindings, such as a metal ring around their abdomen vertically, inscribed with Daedric runes reading similar to "Bound to Breed, Breed to Serve, Serve to Birth, Birth to Bind" around the entirety of the ring, arm shackles with similar inscriptions, such as "Summoning bound", and sometimes even bindings on the legs with the same inscriptions. It is unknown why the unbound Biirathi are stronger, or if the bindings directly weaken the Biirathi. On the abdomen of most Biirathi is an inscription reading "Summoned to Birth," and on the tail are the runes for "Breed." These are always exposed, implying importance." -Treatise on Lesser Daedric Minions, Heartfire, 19, 5e 17
So yeah, Brings-Forth-Daedra was declared a lesser, lesser Daedric Prince(of sorts, there are things like Demiprinces which she fits the role of) who's scope is Maternity, Burdens and Resilience. Due to this announcement, Daedra worshippers refer to her as Maikazaa, a pseudonym of sorts. She tends to cause people who get suspicious of her lack of aging to forget the matter and move on. She prefers to keep to Nirn, rather than Oblivion, as everything 'feels more real, more earthly' there. She often keeps her identity as a Daedra secret, very few recognizing her for what she is. Eventually, it'll become common knowledge and will be the order of the day.
