Here is Drooper from "The Banana Splits" A kids show from the late 1960's/early 1970's. They were a pseudo-rock band that "lived" in a theme park. I remember watching him and thinking "That's what I wanna be when I grow up!" and 20 years later I was. If you are too young to remember the show, check it out here:

Oh wow, that's so dead-on accurate, you ought to work at an amusement park such as Dizz, oh wait, you already do!
Having grown up with Krofft shows (Pufnstuf, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, Land of the Lost), I thrilled to the few attractive, fun playful characters amid the nonsense. The Banana Splits (who ought to have lampooned Bananas In Pajamas for a revival) were all the fun without any story, a "Laugh In" for attention deficit kids.

Actually, Drooper was voiced by Alan Melvin, whom voiced Magilla Gorilla. But Paul Winchell DID voice Fleagle, basically using his Tigger voice. And Daws Butler (Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Snagglepuss, Quick Draw McGraw, Hokey Wolf, Loopy De Loop, etc. etc. etc.) voiced Bingo. Snorky's sounds were just produced by a bike horn.
