Second part of commission for RaikaDeLaNoche, icon this time! :D I have no clue why I've always had such problems with drawing icons, I tend to detail things too much I guess :D But after re-drawing Chiaki (stream watchers may know about the first ugly version, you poor things! :D) I think I discovered a right way how to compose icons. I hope. :D
