Part of a series of practice commissions, with my friend Li-Lii as the client. Made with Photoshop CC, time unrecorded.

Li-Lii requested an otter-dragon design with neutral and natural looking colors, which in the end looked less dragon like than the first design sketches. After multiple revisions we both agreed that he looked better without wings. Apart from otter the anatomy is mixed with crocodile and pangolin. This is the version without tack.

His name means pinecone in Swedish! x3

This creature belong to  li-lii and was designed as a one-off design. You may not make your own design or character based on this creature.
